Telus Health Perks

TELUS Health is the provider of OpenCircle’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP). They also offer a Perks program that provides discounts and special offers through a variety of retainers (e.g., Canadian Tire, Expedia, Indigo, Sephora, Best Buy, etc.). I’ve attached 2 brochures on this – Telus Health EAP – Perks Promo and Telus Health EAP Sign-up brochures.

To access Perks, the primary plan member would need to register with TELUS Health portal (or download the app) – https://one.telushealth.com. Once on the site/app, follow the directions below:

-          Click sign-up

-          Enter your Invitation Code: MB1-OpenCircle Member ID (e.g., if your drug card number is 11 055400 000123456 01 then your invitation code would be MB1-00123456).

-          Enter your Unique Code: The employee’s birthday, with 00 for the year, in mm/dd/yy format (e.g., if your birthday is June 8, 1991, your unique code would be 06/08/00)

Once in the portal, you can access the perks to earn discounts and more.
